Concept Corner #3 - Planning the Environment

 Level Design

Future Conflict level One:
The player starts in the city subway. The map is broken up into 5 different objectives.
1.    Stealth: You and your squad must stealthfully navigate your way through the streets, avoiding Shamars men.
2.    Infiltrate: After locating Shamar, you must find a building that will offer a vantage point for the takedown.
3.    Plan: From your vantage point, you will be able to locate three exit points. You and your squad split up and place charges on two of the exits.
4.    Execute: You move in closer to your target and wait for your squad to take the sniper shot. He misses and tells you to denote your explosives
5.    Chase: You will now enter a cinematic style chase scene. Your squad will provide you with sniper support while you enter a series of quick time events.

Environment Description:
The first level of Future Conflict will have a variety of locations and will include multi level environments. The level will consist of three levels. The subway, the city streets and the objective building. The level will also have objects which will offer cover. There will be multiple paths which will allow for flanking and give the impression that the level is larger than what it really is.
